What is Consumer Centered Management (CCM) Certification?
CCM is a certification system which evaluates whether all activities
performed by a company are organized in a consumer-centered manner from the customer's
point of view, and whether related management activities are under continuous improvement.

Daekyo's CCM history
As a result of its commitment to improving consumer centered management(CCM) and consumer rights,
Daekyo made history in 2010 by introducing and becoming the first education service industry company to earn CCM certification.
In 2022, Daekyo was honored in the CCM hall of Fame, and in 2023, it achieved certification for the eighth consecutive year.

Received the 4th Certification of Consumer Centered Management (CCM)
Received the Minister's Award in the Global CSR category for ‘Korea’s Beloved Companies’ from the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy (Awarded for Daekyo Eye-Level Schools, which involved the establishment of educational facility infrastructure and provision of educational services in poor areas of Vietnam, etc.)
Opened the Noonnoppi customized learning program (Consulting tailored to each customer's needs for time, type of product, and learning style)
