Meet the management that leads Daekyo with their philosophy of
promoting mutual growth through learning by teaching.

Chairman Kang Young-Joong
Meet Kang Young-Joong, Chairman of the Group.
Dear Daekyo Members and Customers,
From its foundation in 1975 to the present day, Daekyo has achieved a new era in child education in Korea's with its lessons based on the philosophy ‘Eye Level Love, Eye Level Education’.

With this educational philosophy that promotes thinking at a child's eye level and teaching at kid's eye level, we are pursuing a variety of education that fits the globalization and diversified social structures of the 21st century.

In addition to its external growth, Daekyo is reinforcing its internal stability through knowledge management, innovation management, and ethical management, and working hard to create a healthy and welcoming company environment.

Furthermore, Daekyo continues to work on its dreams and aspirations to achieve a beautiful and enriched society through the development of various projects, including the creation of online and offline integrated education environments, numerous social volunteer activities, academic support projects, and national sports support projects.

Now, Daekyo is taking on another challenge to reach its ultimate goal of becoming a “sustainably growing global company” based on its management philosophy of “Gyo-hak-sang-jang,” a four letter Korean idiom meaning the promotion of mutual growth through learning by teaching. To this end, we will put more efforts to develop overseas markets and strengthen the competitiveness of existing education service businesses and new businesses.

Daekyo will devote itself to becoming the world's most useful and distinguished education company by practicing lifelong education services that add enrichment to human life from infants to adults.

Thank you.
